What are the shipping options?

Currently we offer shipping via Hungarian Post. We are currently working on making other vendors available as well soon.

Do you ship outside of Hungary?

At the moment, we only ship to Hungary, but we are working on extending shipping the the European Union as well. If you want to be notified when this is ready, subscribe to our newsletter.

How much time does shipping take?

Every order placed before 10 AM CET is shipped on the same day, and should arrive to you in 1-3 business days :)

What are the payment methods?

You can pay via credit card.

Is it possible to return or exchange after purchase?

Yes, we provide option to send back or change the product. If you've received your purchase in imperfect condition, please reach out immediately to our customer service.

Is there a warranty for the products?

Yes, we offer a full warranty for one year, but if you experience any issues after one year, still don't hesitate to reach out to us, we will try to help as best as we can!

How do you keep the bags clean?

The bags are for adventures! Don't be afraid to make them dirty. And once they are, you can gently clean then with lukewarm soapwater and a sponge.
